Shipping Policy

Most ready-to-order items are processed within 5–7 business days. Weekends, holidays, and carrier transit time are not included. Made-to-order, custom, personalized, embroidered, and preorder items may require additional time; the expected turnaround will be listed on the product page. Embroidered seasonal items may take 2–3 weeks.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. When your order ships, tracking will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Please review your shipping address carefully. Return & Exchange Policy

Because each item is handmade, made to order, or printed especially for you, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing, change of mind, or personal preference. Custom and personalized items are always final sale.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery through our website chat or Contact page. Include your order number and clear photos. Once reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement or refund. Cancellations are accepted only before production begins. Small variations in handmade products are not defects.
